"This job makes me crazy..."

Olivier complained to me. Don't know what to say, and how to cheer him up. he is probably under stress for being the designer our team, everything is requested at the last minutes...Well, I have taken a different approach, it is just a job at the end, there are many things in life that matter more.

Ben is always good in encouraging and support. Last Friday, when Sofia complained about her day, he gave his approach to the problem, which was really clear and still made sense...I remembered last year when I had my problems with work, he was together with Irina came to my place, dragged me out for drinks, talked, and many e-mails...People say only when you are in trouble you find real friends, this is true.
