    we used to cook white fungus with dishes or made soup with it.. but never tried white fungus salad :D

    Actually using it to make salad is very nice, crunchy and fresh ;-)

    I know chinese use it to make soup or dessert. I have not used it to make soup though, thought they would be too soft or do you have a way to prepare?
