"I want to get to know you better, but how?"

Marzio is writing to me everyday, although he is saying that his relationship is going well with Suyanne, but "I want to get to know you better, but how, and speaking frankly, I prefer to keep my friendship with you far away from my relationship with Suyanne-without any second meaning, at least at the beginning". And he wants to cook paste for me at my place instead of inviting me to his place for dinner because Suyanne is there. So, I suggested that they should both come to my place, and he can cook ;-), he agreed but told me not to mention to Suyanne about his e-mails to me (??). I have not met the girl, just saw her at the bar once...Anyway, why do men always try to hide things? A deja-vu scene, but fair and honest enough, I like that. Anyway, I know he has been flirting a bit, so I thought I should make it straight that I am interested in no more than friendship, but I appreciate his honesty. He said I misunderstood. Ok by me as long as we don't cross border ;-)

Too many things to think of, but I have got (somehow) an answer to my biggest concern, someone has definitely moved on, time heals apparently. Besides, I think we have gone in seperate ways. And therefore, the journey really ends (I should realise this earlier), am glad it ends good.

Now I am looking forward to seeing Brian, I have to clean my place, and start checking out what are nice places I can take him to in Brussels.

Nothing special tonite, maybe do some reading and study Chinese. Brian e-mailed, he will call tonite ;-)
