Grapefruit n green papaya salads

Both of the salads are typical South VN, especially the green papaya, it is a student type of snacks. When you talked about papaya salad, every student from Saigon would talk about how much they love it because it is cheap, and it is really a delight after classes, gathering with friends in famous places that sell this salad. The salad is usually mixed with dry beef, and served with super hot sauce. Yummy!
