Pickle onions
A month ago, I had dinner in a small bistro near my place, and they had delicious onion pickles, and my friend explained how to make them, so I tried. Anyway, the smell is good, just don't know if they will taste good ;-)
I wish I will marry someone who cooks ;-)

Yeah, pickles are well accompanied with meat, I think...I had not had onion pickles before that last time, even though in VN, my grandma used to make delicious ones. Although this is Frech style since I put fresh rosemay and bayleave inside, the smell is also different...
Finger crossed for the taste though hehehe
