In Milano
One of the very good point to be in Belgium is that you can be in another country in a couple of hours. It is very easy to just jump on a budget plane, after at least 2h you can already sip a summer drink in a nice terrace with the sun shines on your face.
So, Milano it was this time, left on Friday evening and back on Easter Monday evening. Milano? A lot of fashionable people walking around the city with their sun glasses. It is almost impossible to find someone not to wear them ;-), they wear them even when the sun is not around. The city is famous for shopping and it deserves all for that reputation. If you are in Duormo where all of the famous Italian designer shops and others are there. They even have a Armani bar and a Gucci Cafe which were super to check out. The architecture is of course very Meditarian style with the outside facade in yellow color with cute small balcony (reminded so much of the Romeo and Julliette movie). The most of all that I got to see the real "The last super" painting of Da Vinci. I have no words to describe my feeling now, only the sensation that my breath was taken away in front of such genius work. It is amazing how in the past there were so much great masters were born.
Anyway, it was nice to get a city trip escaping Brussels once in a while, seeing different city people. Italians are super out going, always ready to offer help even before you ask them, and of course there is no need to mention their readiness in engaging conversation with anybody. I have to say Italian as a langague is too sensual and sexy ;-).
