It has been a few weeks since Japan's disaster. It is sad to see there are a lot of people losing their home or even family members. I have not seen any country which is organised like Japan and its people have so much self-respect. Only chaos and hardship, the true nature of man will reveal. When I read Shantaram book, I was both amazed by the courage and intelligence of some Indians at the same time, I was horrified by the violence in the country. Maybe this is why some people love it or hate it. It is so beautiful but so ugly, so messy and dirty. I guess only when you grew up in need, you will understand the need of some people. Like in VN, our generations have forgotten war, have forgotten that our parents were starved so we stop making efforts for our lives. That is really a pity. I am sad that some of us can live on being so cruel, abuse the trust of other people. It is like on the table of game, you have played your cards, they have played theirs but either you or the other made the rule. How frustrated that is. When will we wake up?
