I suppose I will never get driving licence ;-), I started the race with driving straight into the wall (some people think that because I love "Esso" sign on the wall. So, afterwards I start driving like a real turtle...

Party time

It has been a long time that I didn't see some of my friends, and there is not better excuse to catch up than organise a nice dinner.

So the menu was:

Grilled clams with green onion and sweet/sour fish sauce

Fried quails in garlic butter

Cabbage salad a la Thao

Pork rolled in scented leave

Nems

Noodle soup a la Thao

Exotic fruit dessert

Everybody sat on the floor, and had dinner like we do in VN, a bit uncomfortable for those who are not used to sit with their legs crossed, but I hope their stomach felt good ;-)). Apparently, Vnese foods are fresh and healthy. Anything new? ;-)

Cuban Soiree ;-)

There were only four of us but we had a very good time. I have not eaten so well thanks to Ruben's A grade in cooking, and I have not laughed so much thanks to our little stories of childhood and culture.

It was surely the best Cuban night, and I hope not it would not be the last ;-).
